CT State Grange to meet in Rocky Hill for 130th Annual Convention

The 130th Annual Session of the Connecticut State Grange will be held Thursday through Saturday, October 16-18, at the Sheraton Hartford South Hotel, 100 Capital Blvd., Rocky Hill, CT.

East Central Pomona News for September

The next meeting of East Central Pomona No. 3 will be Installation of Officers at Good Will Grange Hall on September 6th. The meeting will begin at 7:30 P.M. Host Granges will be Granby, Vernon and Enfield. Please join us.

Sessions Committees are appointed by the State Master to handle the resolutions submitted during the year by Connecticut's Community and Pomona Granges. Your committee assignment indicates the general subject area of resolutions that will be assigned to your committee.

Granby Grange August News Update

We are sad to report that Richard Pinney passed away on May 1st. Granby Grange met at a local diner on the second Tuesday with a good number of members present. Special certificates of appreciation were given to Granby Grange members for 50 years of Grange membership:

CT / RI Old-Fashioned Grange Picnic to be held July 19th

The Connecticut and Rhode Island State Granges will be co-hosting an Old-Fashioned Grange Picnic to be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014. The picnic will be held at North Stonington Community Grange and Fairgrounds, 21 Wyassup Rd, North Stonington, Connecticut.

Connecticut State Grange to host Let's Celebrate Day June 8th

The seventh annual Connecticut State Grange Let's Celebrate Day will be held June 8th at Cheshire Grange Hall, 44 Wallingford Rd. (one block east of the Town Hall), Cheshire. The Hall will open at 10:00 AM for viewing entries. Admission to this family-fun event is free, and parking is free.
